Fighting Structural Anti-Black Racism through Empowerment and Networking in Münsterland and NRW:
The focus is on empowerment programs for people of African descent, BIPoC, Afro-diasporic, and Black individuals. The project helps address the problems this group faces, which hinder their development, integration, and participation in various societal areas. It aims to support Black and BIPoC individuals in their strengths, helping them break free from dependent and insecure life situations so that they can act autonomously. The project is designed to meet the challenges faced by Black and BIPoC people, who experience intersectional racism.
Method: Empowerment workshops, readings, seminars, and lectures will be employed. Personal consultations are also available.
The target groups are people of African descent, BIPoC, and Afro-diasporic Black individuals.
